I was extremely grateful to have conducted research in MOS devices and to have assisted in the Semiconductor Device Characterization Lab throughout the summer. It was a great opportunity to learn about semiconductor test equipment and the fabrication process. At the end of July, I presented my research at RIT’s Undergraduate Research Symposium.
Completed and presented research on Standardization of MOS Capacitance-Voltage and Current-Voltage Characterization.
Conducted a full feasibility analysis for a startup focused on developing an implantable glucose monitoring sensor for diabetic pets.
Used, set up, and troubleshooted semiconductor wafer test equipment such as parameter analyzers. switch matrices, and probe stations.
